For workshops, knowledge-capture sessions, audit fieldwork, and hands-on stand-ups. Onsite or remote. Day-shaped engagements often pair two days with a one-to-two week gap between them so the work has time to land.

Retainer

Three tiers from periodic advisory (10 hrs/mo) to embedded involvement (40 hrs/mo). Thirty days' notice to cancel. For teams that need ongoing guidance as they build, audit, or document.
